Exit the court on your left and walk six minutes in Via Roveggia. You’ll find a traditional and elegant trattoria, Trattoria da Fiore. A few meters away, on the left, in via Salomoni, you’ll find a really local place al Vecio Buseto, where, during the working days, you can have a full lunch, eating really tasty foods at a fixed price (around 15 € all inclusive).

If you love fish, at 1 km distance from the house, an elegant restaurant, da Ruggero, will surely satisfy you.

Last, but not least, close to Ruggero, you can find the best meat restaurant of Verona: il Guapo (currently it’s n. 2/986 in Verona on Tripadvisor).

If you’d prefer Japan/Chinese restaurants, 500 meters on your right exiting the court, there is the Sanshi Sushi.

What about pizza? Here there is less choices available. pizzeria Altaglio For You, via Golosine 64 (about 1 km) or Pizzeria Trattoria Zaffiro via Ottavio Caccia, 750 m.

A very good pizza you can have by Pizzeria da Pino in the wonderful Piazza Brà or by Bella Napoli in via Marconi.

If you like, or want to discover, a very tasty “pizza al metro” in a very local and friendly environment, we suggest la pizzeria Al Volo di Caselle di Sommacampagna (only by car, no parking problems). You can order (for two people) 40 cm pizza and drink a very good beer (in Italy we strictly drink beer with pizza, wine is for past, meat or fish).
