The kitchen provides all the tools you need to test your abilities in Italian cooking. In the dining room, in front of a LCD TV, there is a modern sofa which easily transforms in a very comfortable double sized bed. A very small room plays the role of a laundry, with a new washing machine and storage for drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Depending upon the choice you’ve done during the reservation process, you will find:

• One double bedroom, one bathroom, or
• two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, or
• one double bedrooms, one two single beds room, two bathrooms.

From the kitchen you could access to a green area. Since it’s a common one, you are only allowed to stay, e.g. to smoke, in the grey tiled area. Inside the whole flat it’s absolutely forbidden to smoke, including electronic cigarettes.
